All questions must follow the below guidelines to be qualified for an answer:
- You can only submit one question at a time.
- Be specific with just one question (with one attachment if necessary). Questions with multiple questions in one won’t be answered.
- Search the answers at the FAQ for your answer before submitting your question.
- Make sure you’ve completed the training associated with your question. We won’t be able to answer a question that is already answered in the training.
